Delivery & returns

General Delivery Information

As we are a small business, we gather our orders and send them out twice a week. This is more economical as well as sustainable, but it may therefore take a little longer for your order to arrive. You will always receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Our shipping rates are:

Netherlands: EUR 6,- ; Free shipping for orders above EUR 100,-

EU countries: EUR 10,- ; Free shipping for orders above EUR 100,- *

Other destinations: upon request 

*Tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may 0apply to international shipments.

Packaging

We package all our products with care. All products are packed in our special delivery boxes to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition. Is your package damaged upon receipt? Please unpack it carefully and check if the products inside are unharmed.

Important information about delivery

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, postal services either in the Netherlands or your country of origin may be having trouble processing and delivering packages in time. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by this.

The Swedish Glow reserves the right to exclude persons from purchasing at theswedishglow.com.
Furthermore, The Swedish Glow has no obligation to deliver items which are out of stock.
The Swedish Glow will usually accept the order and ship the order within 1-3 business days. The Swedish Glow cooperates with PostNL, DHL, DPD, and UPS.
The usual time of delivery is 1-5 business days calculated from the order date, but this will vary from country to country.

Return policy

Our products are carefully selected, quality checked by hand and come within a closed box with a use by date. Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding.

 

Complaints/faulty item:

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, or a package which is past its use by date, this may only be returned in its original packaging. Sale items are not usually eligible for a refund unless faulty.

 

What to do if you want to return:

We hope that your item reaches you in perfect condition and that you are very happy with it. If however an item arrives to you and it is faulty, please email us at hello@theswedishglow.com according to the instructions below.

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to let us know that you would like to return an item.
  • Please send us an e-mail at hello@theswedishglow.com, with a note of your order number to tell us you would like to make a return. Photographs are also helpful if you can provide them. For eligible faulty items will arrange for a refund or exchange.
  • After receiving our instructions, please make sure to put the item back in the original packaging and send it safely and with the correct postage to the address you received from us by e-mail.
  • Please note, we are unable to pay the postage cost for a returned item, unless faulty and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we are not be able to process a return that doesn’t reach us safely in the post.

 

Within 14 days of receiving your return we will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and your refund will processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
