What is the difference between FREJA and Plantique Omega 3?+
FREJA is our new flagship Omega 3, a premium liquid formula from Norwegian fish with a high concentration of EPA and DHA. Plantique was our plant-based Omega 3 from algae, which we are currently phasing out. FREJA offers a higher concentration of EPA and DHA and is our new standard for the foundation ritual.
Is FREJA suitable for vegetarians?+
FREJA contains ingredients from fish and is therefore not vegetarian. For a plant-based option we refer you to our other supplements.
How long does one bottle last?+
At 5 ml per day, one 150 ml bottle lasts about 30 days. For a full 100-day course we recommend the 6-bottle bundle: enough for well over 100 days, with a discount.
