Delivery
We ship all orders from our logistics partner in the Netherlands. Orders placed before 17:00 on business days are dispatched the same day.
Delivery times
- Netherlands: 1-2 business days via PostNL
- Belgium & Luxembourg: 2-3 business days
- Germany: 2-4 business days
- Rest of EU: 3-7 business days
- Outside EU: 5-14 business days, contact us for specific countries
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: €4.95 — free from €60
- Belgium: €7.50 — free from €80
- Germany: €9.95 — free from €100
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. For our food supplements the following applies:
- Unopened products: can be returned free of charge within 14 days
- Opened food supplements: cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
How to return?
- Send an email to hello@theswedishglow.com with your order number
- You will receive a return label and instructions within 24 hours
- Send the package within 14 days
- We process your refund within 7 business days of receipt
